The Impact desk shell is manufactured by using a high quality melamine board.
The desk has a 32mm top and a 16mm substructure.
Melamine is a easy to clean material, a damp cloth is all that is needed to wipe the surface.
This is a proudly South African product and 100% locally manufactured.
Melamine versus veneer
Melamine and veneer are manufacturing materials. Both melamine and veneer are available in different colours.
Veneer is most often used for executive furniture because Veneer material has a more “solid wood” like look and feel.
Melamine is most often used for general office design although it is also a great option for executive office furniture.
The decision for using any of these to materials is a personal choice.
